Tracker was developed to give mouse control to people with: Quadriplegia,
Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, muscular Dystrophy, ALS, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and
any other disability where the use has little or no control of their hands to use a
standard mouse.

Tracker can be used with any computer application whether it is on the PC
or on the Macintosh. It is ideally suited for CAD/CAM, the Internet, graphics and desktop
publishing. Basically for any computer application where the mouse is needed. Great for
AAC access as well. Tracker works seamlessly with the Dynavox II and the Vanguard. Works
well with any AAC software. |

- Wireless the user is not attached to the workstation.
- Portable : it works with both laptop and desktop computers.
- It has two modes of tracking : regular mouse mode for people with adequate head control,
and Joystick mode for individuals with less than perfect head control. This mode is ideal
for clients with Cerebral Palsy.
- Tracker can work with the Dynavox II, DynaMyte and the Vanguard communication systems.
- Can do Mouse clicks through any ability switch wirelessly with WISP (Also has built in
Sip/puff). Mouse clicks can also be done by voice recognition software and dwell selection
software like Magic Cursor and Gus dwell.
- Tracker is Microsoft Serial Mouse, PS/2 and Macintosh ADB compatible.
- Tracker can be mounted vertically, on a laptop, or horizontally, on a desktop computer.

- TRACKING: Tracker 2000 has a 40% increase in resolution and a 50%
increase in field of view, resulting in much smoother operation.
- PLUG & PLAY: it is self-adjusting so no computer software is
required.
- SUNLIGHT: Operates in direct sunlight (no more jumpiness due to
brightness caused by open windows or bright lights in the background
- INTELLIPOINT INCLUDED: This new software from Microsoft allows numerous
adjustments to the mouse control panel for the new "WheelMouse". With Tracker
2000 and IntelliPoint, users will be able to scroll pages, on their computer, by simply
moving their head up and down. Madentec has licensed IntelliPoint from Microsoft for the
head point market.
- JOYSTICK: joystick mode has been much improved with the addition of
(4)four switch selectable dead zone settings from small (for low spasticity) to large for
(high spasticity)
- EXTERNAL MOUSE: a mouse pass-through is built-in so a conventional
mouse can be used at the same time as Tracker 2000. The secondary mouse must be either a
PS2 or ADB mouse.
